We are Delta Girl Frames

At Delta Girl Frames we’re all about creating unique southern style. We love our families, our homes, and are passionate about making beautiful frames and gallery walls. We aim to capture your exact style and honor your most beautiful moments.

We’re frequently covered in sawdust and paint but have a serious set of heart eyes for modern style fused with practical life-can- be-o- so-messy- sometimes-functionality. Whether our handcrafted, hand painted, frames are grouped together in gallery walls, or stand alone as individual pieces all over your home, they can withstand whatever your crazy beautiful life can throw at it and will be around for years to come.

We welcome you to Delta Girl. We’re so excited that you are part of our tribe and look forward to making something beautiful for your home.

The Delta Girl Difference

Solid High Quality Wood

No particle board, no mass production, just our hands, tools and hard work (and occasionally, our husbands hard work too!). Made with the highest quality solid pine to ensure long lasting amazing pieces you can treasure for years to come. The wood for our frames and our trims are hand cut in house to ensure our quality remains the same from frame to frame (and from year to year). Handmade in the USA (and in the south!)

Consistent Colors Using Designer Paint

At Delta Girl we use only the highest quality Sherwin Williams & Benjamin Moore paints. Bright, true and consistent hand painted color. We even offer color matching to any of your existing décor, walls, and even favorite fabric.

Frame Recipes

Allows you to grow your collection over time. Just let us know what the DGF recipe sticker on the back says and we can match your current frames or suggest complementing colors and patterns.  No more guessing if you’ve picked the right gray!

Custom Design

Get as specific as you would like! We have options to shop from our existing collections, completely design your own frame or set or allow us to do the hard work and create something totally custom for your space based on your wall size, décor and color pallet in your home. Need a gift for someone? We can help with that too!

Individually Finished

Each frame is hand finished with our DGF propriety 13-step process. Expect unique sanding, glazing and distressing touches – every frame is finished to perfection – just for you! Each hand made with love – no two frames are ever exactly alike.

Flexible Framers Points & OPTIONAL GLASS

We finish our frames with flexible framers points so that you’re able to always change out prints, add artwork, or update your piece with your favorite photo to make it your own! A thick mat board backing is included to ensure that your prints don’t sag or bow when in place. With most of our customers using professional quality archival prints in their frames, we find that glass tends to detract from your favorite photos. However – if you prefer glass with your frames – not to worry, we can add glass to any frame size up to 11×14 for an additional charge.

Meet the Delta Girls

Alexis Knox

Owner & Creative Director

Greetings friends and welcome! My name is Alexis, and I’m the owner and creative director of our beloved Delta Girl Frames. A little about me – I am the wife to my handy-hubby Mark, and the proud mommy of our three sweet littles  — Avery, Taylor and Jack. I’m a southern girl, although for some reason most don’t seem to consider Florida as the ‘south’ (go figure). I’m (completely) obsessed with design, home decor and modern trends — and have more dog-eared magazines and inspiration boards than i’d like to admit. Having been a loyal Delta Girl customer for years before I ever joined as Owner & Creative director, I can fully appreciate every.single.creative and handmade/hand painted detail that goes into each of our custom pieces. Creating beautiful collections for your favorite memories is TRULY my passion. I look forward to working with you to design something beautiful for your home too!

Jen Daniels

Wholesale Account Manager

A big Delta Girl Hello! My name is Jen and I’m the wholesale account manager for Delta Girl Frames. I graduated from the University of Florida (Go Gators!!) in 2004, married a military man, and we’ve been on the move ever since! I currently have the honor of raising three little-crazy-boys and make a cameo as professional photographer when I’m not a chauffeur to people under the age of 7. I’ve been working with Delta Girl Frames for the last couple of years initially as a wholesaler myself. I have placed frame after frame in my clients houses during this time. The results and wow factor never fail! This past year, I jumped at the chance to work with Alexis and Megan to manage the wholesale division of the company. You’ll be talking to me about all things wholesale! I’m so excited to be part of this company’s tremendous growth and am looking forward to the incredible surprises we have in store for you this upcoming year!

Sarah Ella Cole

Welcome to Delta Girl Frames! My name is Sarah Ella, wife to Roger, mom to two sweet boys, Airey and Campbell, and founder of Delta Girl Frames. I’m a Mississippi Delta girl born and raised. I was a stay at home mom and craved an outlet for my creative side to express my roots. Delta Girl Frames was established in 2009 when I needed to frame some pictures in my home. With a little luck from The Man upstairs and a few months of trial and error, I fashioned frames that would represent my style. A rustic tone coupled with a ‘Southern Belle’ twist of patterns. My vision was born, to create a frame that likens a fabulous throw pillow and the perfect way to add a pop of color or pattern to any room. In 2012, I was commissioned by The Nate Berkus Show to do a hand painted, distressed chevron frame. That experience affirmed my vision and intuition that there was a market for my product. The Delta Girl website was designed with the intent of bringing your visions to life. Experience and know-how collected over the past five years is strategically arranged to provide you with a clean, fun and engaging platform to frame your memories for years to come. Enjoy!
